Their portfolio includes Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo watercraft, Rotax Engines and Evinrude outboard engines. BRP is unquestionably the best family of products in the industry.

But, having the best products doesn’t guarantee a winner. Market share is won on the showroom floors of the worldwide independent dealer network. That’s where Bombardier needed help…and that’s when they looked to Executive Visions.

Seeking a long-term partner to serve as their official dealer communications and training agency, BRP chose EVI for its comprehensive service offerings, training expertise and strategic understanding of their vision to deliver the ultimate recreation experience.

For a period of ten years, EVI served as a BRP agency of record, creating and producing a range of communications programs across the entire product line.

One of the marquee projects was an industry-first series of dealership training programs called “Power to Do It”. Implemented across the vast North American dealer network, the program accomplished a multitude of crucial business objectives:

• Increased product knowledge

• Growth of sales and market share

• Enhanced industry leadership position

• Increased dealership and consumer brand loyalty

• Improved the customer buying experience

Produced in multiple languages, the award-winning programs featured custom video modeling, interactive workbooks, intensive training workshops, North American sales competitions; plus, the production of live championships and recognition events before an audience of 2,500 at the Annual Sea-Doo and Ski-Doo dealer meetings. The sales competitions were extremely popular with salespeople. Thousands participated, beginning at the dealer level, then advancing through regional competitions and finally the on-stage battle for the North American championship.
