BellSouth's "Insight Conferences" present a forum for management to inform, communicate with, and entertain its top national accounts. EVI produced the event for 5 consecutive years. Each year, EVI produced four major meetings back-to-back in the same venue to utilize economies of scale in set-up, equipment, labor and other production efficiencies.

EVI's solution was a series of classic business events to reflect the strength of BellSouth and its commitment to its clientele. Creative and production services included: design of invitation print campaign & meeting materials, event concept & design, custom sets & scenery, staging & technical design, audio-visual & creative elements, and satellite downlink. Original "Winter Games" theme party featured indoor Alpine ski deck & scenery, world-class Olympic performers such as Tim Daggett, media celebrities, and interactive games.
