FleetPride is the largest and fastest growing independent parts distribution company in the heavy-duty vehicle industry. A recently formed company, FleetPride forged new ground by creating the first nationwide player in this industry, providing a framework for the synergistic operation of numerous regional companies.

To meet its business objectives, FleetPride needed to build brand awareness and to promote the company's vision, direction and system-wide benefits and synergistic opportunities. A national event was called for to ensure clear communication to company distributors, employees, senior management, suppliers and investment partners.

EVI was selected as communications supplier with the total responsibility for event strategy, location, program development and execution. A large-scale event was produced in Dallas to accomplish all of FeetPride's motivational and educational objectives. Complete project management by EVI included hotel selection and contracting, creative concept, program development, general sessions,breakouts, entertainment, theme party, awards recognition, and a 40,000 sq. ft. supplier trade show.
