Solvay Pharmaceutical's National Sales Meeting marked a new direction for the company in many ways. A new President, and a new VP of Marketing had just come on board, new products were being introduced, and new marketing strategies being employed.

EVI was hired to turnkey-produce the event to introduce the new leaders, showcase the opportunity ahead for the sales force, motivate them to increase productivity and improve selling skills, and recognize the top achievers. EVI created a theme of unity, "Everywhere... Everyway... Solvay", and used it successfully in conference print pieces, motivational AV modules, and executive speeches/presentations.

The event was a huge success and helped launch Solvay on a record-breaking year.
